The truth is, that change begins with a WHY. What is the desire or hope within, that moves you. You may want to lose weight, but the WHY, is what will motivate you. You're WHY may be that after losing weight, you will be able to play with your kids and not poop out.
What is your WHY? Write it down and then take the next step to make a decision to take action.
